Aging Best can't do everything we do without our loyal volunteers.

There are many ways you can make a difference in someone's life and your community.

Volunteer

  • Delivering comforting meals to those who are home-bound

  • Connecting with isolated or lonely older adults over the phone

  • Bringing beauty to community spaces through the landscaping committee

  • Becoming pen pals with a home-bound senior

  • Coordinating fun activities and fundraising initiatives

  • Helping with important office tasks like filing and data entry

  • Decorating for activities and events

  • Serving Aging Best by becoming a Board Member

  • Advocating for older adults by joining Advisory Council or Silver Haired Legislature

  • Helping prepare meals for older adults to share at Nutrition Activity Centers

  • Sharing your musical and artistic talents to spark creativity for older adults

You can help Aging Best by sharing your expertise, knowledge, and talents with the older adults in your community. There are individual and group volunteering opportunities, from education on health and wellness to providing classes in art or line dancing. We welcome any skill that might help someone enrich their lives.
